I don't think even boost can afford to hang onto 4 of these things. So, 1 for boost, 1 for Ace, 1 for me, 1 for Halverson-Prophet, and that leaves 1 for everyone else to fight over. :D

I can't disagree with this. I asked about colors as more of an "in case" kind of thing :)

Edit - Never mind, I already sorta know they're coming colored, but not sure which one.

If somebody makes an IC for QFR / Filco brass case there won't have to be a limitation... right?
Wouldn't that be like $800 or something crazier?

More than likely yes, but then it's not a limited edition..... (which IMO is dumb, but whateves)

Because of 1 piece prototype. It takes a lot of man hours for setup time and programming, so getting 1 made is always cost more per piece than bulk orders.

Pretty much what wfd said. This is a 1 off cost when its time for production it will be cheaper, wayyyy cheaper.

I'm still going forward with this case.

Take some donations for the prototype and give those folks a spot in the GB. It's still limited right? If not just take donations anyway.

Are people still interested in this? What angle is preferred? How about the low rida' version?

Seeing nice cases popping up gives me to urge to revisit the design, any aesthetic feedback? What looks good/bad/practical etc.

Any and all feedback are welcome! Let me know what you guys are thinking

Oh and one question, is the dip switch hole a popular demand? This was created for GH60 in mind so there's no NEED for it, and it looks ugly if you don't have dip switches lol. Without it will shave off some machine time.

Yeah that's one of the challenges of staying with a tray style design, because this is a one piece case.

For HHKB layouts, the best looking ones has a dedicated top to cover the bottom corners. Additional blockers are possible, but they may not look pretty hm...

I'm still in for a low-pro brass case. But can we wait a month or so, while my wallet recovers a bit?

You need the hole on the bottom for the GH60 so you can press the switch which activates the bootloader. :)

agre, not a huge fan of these blockers as well. make it a two piece case than.  :)

Sorry, but that will not be feasible. Making the case into a 2 case design will change the design to something completely different, which may require a new start. I think for now we are sticking with the tray style.

The blockers as a part of the plate for the low profile is a possibility though.

understood...no problem.  :) maybe sticking to low profile is the best choice than.

and for hhkb design i put my hopes into WFD's case project as he seems to go the two piece way.

I'm still in, because the colors of all the new cases suck. With this case, color isn't as important, because it looks unique :)

PS - I won't be ready to contribute to prototype until August.

I'm guessing since the fullsize is still in the works, this is on hold? Or maybe just way too many 60% cases out atm. Although I'm still waiting for a 60% GH60 case....lowpro brass...hehe
