I had the same issue when I posted my GB thread Hazzy, I switched to imgur linked images and that resolved the issue, and makes things much easier to manage as well. I am guessing the massive amount of images in one thread at once has issueson the hosting server

The old IC renders had top aligned so to clear up confusion I have mentioned it here although the renders here are the final versions that will be produced! Thank you for commenting I hope my reply was sufficient!

Forget about the note, Ive removed it. The mods in old renders were top aligned but we have fixed that in these new renders u see here. Hope this answers your question!

Were the extra kits already sold off or will they go up on the vendor sites after the GB ships? I would love to get my hands on a set I am just sad that I got into this hobby a little late.

Extras are almost always put up for sale after the GB has been fulfilled.

He does mean the off white color of the key. The legend colour is not a concern.
Damn, I was hoping the 'white' of the alphas would have more a green hue, then the blueish hue of Shoko alphas. I'm going to reserve judgment of this decision after this set arrives in hand to see by eye...
For now I'll trust the designer's judgment on this, but I do have my reservations.

The shipment of keysets just arrived! We most likely won’t get to inventory until Monday.

We will begin shipping all orders that do not contain deskpads next week.

We expected to receive our deskpad shipment prior to the keycaps, but that is no longer the case. The deskpads for Botanical are slated to arrive the last week of the year as shipping by boat had some delays.
Orders containing deskpads will most likely begin shipping the first week of January.

Just got my set today. It looks a bit different compared to the renders, but it's not horribly off. Maybe it's that the grey on the modifiers isn't as dark/sharp as I expected? Not sure if I'm describing the look properly.

It's not horrible like some photos might show, just not what I think a lot of buyers were expecting. For those curious, here's what it looks like on my Chimera65. Picture taken with my phone with the overhead light in my room on:

As another person with GMK Botanical in hand, this photo best represents what the keycaps look like IRL! I agree that the dark green is a bit off from the renders, it's more green than gray, but it's still very lovely and definitely looks like Botanical. Also the alphas are in fact the same color as GMK Shoko's; surprisingly the text color makes the alphas lean more green than blue, so it still works.

However, I didn't realize that this kit is missing a fourth 1.75 key that is needed for split space layout for the JD45/Phoenix 45 pcb. I hope R2 of this set (if it gets run) has better 40s support!

I've received mine, and I can confirm also that koenoe's picture above is an accurate representation. The color in person is very pleasing and better than the other pictures I had seen. Yeah Definitely Dixie usually releases extras after all gb orders have shipped & a little time has passed so extra for botanical should be available in mid January

The color turned out great I think, albeit not as gray as the render. However, the base kit seems to have suffered similar fate as Metaverse R2 and Burgundy R3 where Row2's Alpha and Row2's numeric keycaps are matte and missing the texture and coating, especially the texture.

*Note that 7 & 8 are flat while 9 is fine

Anyone else has the similar issue?

Yes, I have the same issue with 7 & 8 from numpad, I bet most if not all of them have this problem, but people don't notice it since most will not use the numpad, having smaller form factor keyboards. To be honest I'm quite disappointed in the quality of GMK lately. The last 3 sets delivered (Metaverse, Burgundy, Botanical) - all have these issues, some have it more noticeable, some less - but all 3 have them. Packaging is also much worse/cheaper than it used to be before. It's very sad to see.

This is the reason I will not be buying more GMK sets in near future. Last 3 I bought had issues and at this price point it just cannot be justifiable. Will wait until several group buys (hopefully running currently) turn out with no issues, then maybe will reconsider. But as of now - GMK quality doesn't match the price.

I was able to get the entire botanical set but checked out in 1 minute (literally) and when I refreshed the page it was sold out completely. Botanical extras was rough. congrats to everyone that was able to get a set.

. Soap and water didn't change anything either so it's not an oil or anything

I noticed his on some of the keys on my botanical set out of the box...quality of GMK for the past year have been really been mixed. Seems like they are just rushing to get all the group buys from last year out because they are so backed up.
