its a sale/raffle, you only have to pay if you win, and you can just remove bros from within you cart

This is a sale, the giveaway has already happened.

You place an order for the things you want in priority order, and the number of items you want. (So you can pick 4 items in order, and say you want 2 of them).

Customers are picked in a random order, and if you are lucky, you get the available caps from your list!

Click the fist, hit view bros, then select the max number you want and hit next. The rest is easy.

You don't want to click on the cart. Click on the fist next to the cart.
