Changed the orders of those who asked.  I'll add those who ordered in the last day or two soon.  Once this closes on Sunday, I'll give a couple of days to sort and figure things out and let you get any changes in that you want, then I'll start invoicing.   After that, it's out of my hands.

Yes.  As I mentioned earlier, I plan on Bunny and I starting invoicing this weekend.  I'm trying to see if some people with issues with their orders contact me back before I invoice.  If they don't, well, I'll be making decisions for them.

Alright, got everything sorted with the last of the people I was waiting to hear back from.  Invoices will be going out tonight or tomorrow from me and in the near future from BunnyLake.

Here's a breakdown of the final costs:

- $1.50 USD per cap

- $0.10 added per cap for the shipping from Qwerkeys.  I was never given a more precise estimate other than no more than $100GBP, so I'm guesstimating shipping and hoping I'm right.  Based on the price calculators I've used, it should probably be somewhere between $55 and $80 to ship the caps to the U.S. 

- $0.225 per cap group buy fee

- Shipping
    - $0.55 packaging cost
    - U.S. Domestic:
       - 3oz - $1.69
       - 4oz - $1.86
       - 5oz - $2.04
       - 6oz - $2.21
       - 7oz - $2.39
       - 8oz - $2.55
       - 9oz - $2.73
       - 10oz - $2.90
       - 11oz - $3.08
       - 12oz - $3.23
       - 13oz - $3.38
       - 14oz+ - $5.80 - no packaging cost since it's a Priority Flate Rate box.
     - International - Will be based on USPS international quote. 

- Paypal Fees:
  - Domestic: 2.9%+$0.30
  - International: 3.9% + $0.30

Regarding domestic shipping:  Each cap appears to weigh ~1g based on the Qwerkeys caps I have at home and the bubble mailer is ~10g.  The weight is being calculated based on those numbers plus 5g to cover scale inaccuracies and an additional 1g for every 4 caps in case they weigh slightly more than a gram.  This should end up being pretty accurate.  To give you an idea, I just weighed 28 thick R1 Cherry doubleshots in a bubble mailer and they were 42g (1.5oz).  My guesstimate may be a little over, but I'd rather be over than under when it comes to shipping rates.

The invoices are the last time to make sure your order is correct.  If something is wrong with your order in the invoice, do not pay it.  Contact me and I will correct your order.

If you want international tracked or insured, let me know so we can charge you accordingly.

I just cut and pasted whatever you had listed in the shipping info cell.  Since there was also a name cell, you have nothing to worry about since it was a required part of the form.

I didn't have a set payment deadline, but I'd like them all to be paid within a week, so by the 25th of August .  That's not a hard cut off where I'll drop your order if you don't pay by then, but I would like a majority of the orders to be paid by then.  If you can't pay by then, let me know.  I don't want this to be a long drawn out group buy, but I will try to work with people if it looks like they need another week to get the money together.

Bunny is supposed to be invoicing the UK and Europe orders since he's handling distribution there.  I contacted him about the status, but haven't heard back yet.

What design are you talking about?  I made the Commander keen designs straight from screen shots of the game, modified the leaf from stuff I found around, cleaned up and modified some random MM designs I found around the web that were just blown up screen shots, modified and cleaned up the space invader designs, and was given the Pac Man designs from moose who said that he they were his from him trying to get some Pac Man buy going before.

And you had an entire month to say something about the design in the group buy stage and an entire month or two before that when it was in the IC stage.  Why cause drama now?

Ok, so it was moose, I'll get on his ass later. It's no problem, just incase you didn't notice the cherry design you used for the pac-man set isn't the cherries from the pac-man game, I custom made the cherry logo 8-bit for Ragnorock's GB, I guess I had given them to moose at one point as well.

I don't read every thread, which is why I hadn't seen it. It's no big deal, it is what it is, I was just hoping you hadn't taken my pictures I posted a while back and ripped off my watermark

Nope, none of that.  I was just working off what I was given since he and several other people wanted Pac Man in the GB.  The others were the ones I was more interested in.  Everything I used was either public domain and not watermarked or given to me.

Production will start after all the invoices are paid.  Hopefully it's only a couple of weeks to make them, but it could be a six week lead from what Dan told me.  I'll get a more precise estimate once we get the order in and paid.

If you have any concerns about stuff like that, definitely contact bunny or myself, whoever is supposed to be invoicing you.  I'm more that willing to hold onto your stuff for a little bit or work with a proxy if it makes things easier or cheaper for you.
