Bit early, this was supposed to be released this Saturday, but I guess you can enjoy it a bit early xD . Today we look at a vintage keyboard that did programmability well proper. Hope you enjoy the video! :)

Not a bad board, especially that programming (which is perfect), but that left side column... F11 and F12 at top, then start at F1 and work your way down?

I get that it would be redundant to be | F1 | F2 | ESC | F1 | F2 | F3 |...  However, I can't unsee it now.

This was completely normal back in the day.

The left-hand F keys hail from the XT and AT era, in which there were only 10 F keys. The M added two more and moved them somewhere else. But, to help people who were used to the old placement, some boards offered the keys to the left, in their older placement, with the two extra F keys on top. Especially for battlecruisers this was standard practice.
