I guess I'm the only stupid one here being I tried but was unsuccessful in being able to order from either of these sites.  With the Army one I was able to register but couldn't order.  With the PCHome, I couldn't even register, as I couldn't get past the security check in typing in the numeric equivalent to the Chinese symbols.  I matched the symbols to their correct numbers, but it was still a no-go.

If you are getting characters, you likely need to type in the actual characters, rather than the arabic numerals. The easiest way to do that, if you are in windows (without an IME), is to look them up on wikipedia or some such, and copy paste them in. If you're on a mac, you can just switch on the pinyin keyboard, and use

1. yi
2. er
3. san
4. si
5. wu
6. liu
7. qi
8. ba
9. jiu
10. shi

and then just match up the character you want.

It means they are in process of collecting it for you.

I just had a new Filco brown tenkeyless from them last week.
It included
- red ESC button, Filco button and WASD keys
- keypuller
- shiny "cleaning brush" thingy and cheap earphones which neither I asked for

...

Cool, thanks! It actually says on the home page that Filco keyboards come with the red ESC key, yellow WASD keys, some black FILCO key I think, and a key puller and brush.

FYI when I receive my order I'll probably be selling my cherry blue tenkeyless and otaku key set :( . I recently moved in with someone and it annoys the hell out of them.

Good to hear. Sounds like I'll be pulling the trigger on a Tenkeyless Filco with Blues later today then with PChome (got most of it figured out)

Roughly $135 USD shipped, which beats EK by $7 and has more keycaps.

The package from PChome was marked as "merchandise", probably better if someone can tell them to mark it as a gift in order to avoid the custom duty. They even mentioned the price of the keyboard on the receipt glued to the package, so, it is either no custom duties for keyboards or Americans are just lazy to convert TWD to USD.

My keyboard with cherry browns just came in to day from PCHome. I'm very impressed with the quickness of shipping. Good company to order from. Came with a keypuller and lavender WASD keys, a red Esc key, and a black Filco key for free. EKB charges for these items while PCHome sent them for free. +1 for PCHome in my book!

Just been reading some reviews on the dk1087 that there has been some issues. Figured they would drop an updated version (or new color!) in the coming year. I wouldn't mind an all white ducky.

Probably filled with Ducky Down.

I don't think they'll release a 'new' model to fix a minor production issue. The ducky 1087 is already new and just came out.

An all white ducky is already out and I'll have one in my hands next week!

Guys --

Not to worry. I just came back from Chinatown on the assumption that I could in fact buy the keyboard there. I did not come back empty handed!

I asked the owner, and apparently many of the restaurants in Chinatown stock this item. Many do not have it on the menu, but I was told that you could ask for it by name and they would know what you are talking about.

They will send you your order confirmation email. Then you just log into the site and check out the shipping details which will contain a usps tracking number ending in "TW".
