I love soldering keyboards myself.  but I would not have time to solder for other people because I am too much of a perfectionist.  Glad to see theprofosist is doing this for so many people.

Other than forming all the diodes this is a really easy and quick job. It can be soldered with just about any tool. The pads are large and well spaced.

There are tools like this as well http://www.newark.com/duratool/tp-12/component-pre-forming-tool-tp12/dp/61T7848  Though I may have made placed diode pads a bit too close to eachother, I'm not absolutely sure these tools handles that...
