Bring back accent bars!

Would love to see 2x 3u spacebars for 7u split space bar support, because I am a general split spacebar lover. Possibly in a separate kit, maybe with accents too?
Definitely copping these either way, thanks for running this again!

Would also like to voice my support for keeping the accent bars, even if it means they'd have to go in a separate kit or something as others have suggested

Regarding accent bars:

I really have to say that if I had to choose between physical compatibility for more sets and adding accent spacebars, I'd rather choose to support more layouts than add extra flourishes for existing layouts.

At this time adding purely the accent spacebars could be a choice; however are fairly reluctant to add more kits, especially considering that the climate towards GMK sets as a whole is colder.

Please bring them back, even as some separate kit. There's clear support for them. It feels wrong to have it in the initial IC only to be taken away with no alternative.

Super understandable - I personally just can't swing it most times, with the amount of sales the nordeuk kits get.

I feel like this is a self-fulfilling prophecy when often GMK NorDeUK kits often cost more than 50% of the base kit (when other manus are much more reasonable in the pricing (10-30% of base)), also in sets like this will more than likely not have the sub-legends to match, so even if it was included you'd end up with missing characters all over the board which would destroy the look of the keyset.
So makes sense for just going with physical ISO support with sub-legends (apart from the potentially duplicated ろ).

Not for me, sadly, as when paying premium prices for a keyset I would rather make sure it ticks all the boxes without compromising on anything. But best of luck nonetheless, I know plenty of people who've been hoping for a R2!

this set is screaming for a separate bars kit, I really don't get why it's not happening. spacebar kits are the most consistent-selling child kit

Please consider r3/r4 PgUp/PgDn in place of 2x 1u ctrl. The keys allow a range of different r1/r2 options to be used on 65%.

Welp, I spent $100 on accent bars in the aftermarket, that was fun. RIP wallet.

The interest in latin alphas looks to a level where we will be comfortable with running it.

OG HHKB (6u) is being used more and more so it would not make sense to just completely take it out of the set for accent bars.

Especially given that HHKB mods were added to the kit.

I have renders and pricing for the Latin Kit - $60 USD, with a lower MOQ than ran with FW1.

The extra bars did not contribute to the final pricing, but they help people that don't want the FW base kit use it outside of the set.
