I didn't seriously think about trying the greens until this thread.
For what it's worth, here's my fuller take on Greens.
Most people who type on standard-weight switches (MX Red/Brown/Blue, Alps, Topre, etc.) would find Greens too heavy. After all, Cherry originally made them for spacebars in their regular boards (to compensate for the spacebar's extra weight).
But I know you prefer buckling springs, Samir, as I do. And I'm guessing that while you enjoy changing things up now and then with regular-weight switches, it probably doesn't take long for you to want to return to "real" switches. (Non-BS users, please pardon the snobbery, LOL).
I don't think that'll happen when you get your Greens. If anything, you may find them a bit
too heavy after a while, as they take about 10% more pressure to actuate than BSs, and have a different kind of pressure pattern. But they won't bore you, or make you feel like you're typing on cotton candy.
And of course, nothing takes the place of a BS. So although you won't want to type on your Greens all the time, I think you'll be glad you have some.
And it seem like a good enough price that I should be able to get my money back out of it if need be.
And I guess you'll be a Bud who's a bit weiser.
I will check for the key lager, although I might be too hoppy to think about it.
You'll be too busy enjoying all the comforts of foam.
