I am happy that I got my paycheck. And that I can relax when I get home as I don't have to worry about a math test.

im happy houf is human also and falls for online tests like everybody else

Considering this test is put together by X-Rite, an industry leader in color management, I wouldn't consider it anywhere near "falling for an online test".  ;)  They manage all of the color detection systems at my workplace, by the way (printing presses).

Why are the words 'meditating' and 'lactating' phonetically so similar?

I'm going to be thinking about lactating every time I meditate now.

Thanks.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Your score: 3

Insert excuse about my TN panel monitor and profile that I swear is off here, but that was actually fun. Reminded me of a place I did a contract at, they produced plastic additives (fun fact they make the pigment coca cola use for their bottle lids in Australia), the guys who worked in the lab had incredible eyes for colour (as you'd expect). Definitely gave me an appreciation for those with good sense of this stuff; it was neat seeing shelves and folders filled with those colour chips.

I regret not permanently borrowing several hundred of them

I get to drive up to Sydney (then Newcastle) with a close friend to pick up a Pop'n Music machine this weekend, so I'd say I'm pretty happy despite having to work tomorrow  :thumb:

That tax season is done now, so I can slowly wrap up the remaining returns I have left while allocating more of my work time to ****ing around on GH and wasting time on slither.io just like tp4 would want.

I'm not sure what makes me happy quite yet, but I've come a lot closer to it compared to 5 months ago thanks to all the nutjobs on here.

I'm gearing up to move over 500km away for college and experience living on my own for the first time, and I'm quite honestly terrified but ecstatic at the same time.  If anyone has any tips for dorm life, pls share.

Well, I was mainly referring to my time at work as now I'm salary so I have to be here 40 hours a week with probably 20ish hours of work to do so that time will have to be filled.

For my family, it is of course nice to spend more time with them but the time I'll spend with my wife will probably be about the same because now that I'm working less she will start picking up more shifts and working more, but at least I'll get more time with the kids :)

Here comes my favourite quote from Geekhack

I live in Kansas and not the small part with Google fiber.
The weatherman says **** it its Kansas.
It looks like the African Savanna, but without all the cool ****.
The best internet I can get involves a 60ft tower and only gets 300kbps on a good day well its the best I can get without paying $48,0000.
I have to drive 35min just to get gas, not due to traffic, there is no traffic.

On the upside, one day I woke up made a fresh pot of coffee opened the back door and shot a deer.
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

The nice lady just dropped off my Amazon Prime Now order. It had Ben and Jerry's Pistachio Pistachio in the bags and was the perfect consistency. Still frozen but slightly melted so it's easy to scoop. MMMMMMMMMMMM

Thank you Amazon Prime Now  :-*

Sleepy feels. I'm going to rest up while this computer cranks out a 8hr+ render :))

15 today

We had 17 and a few showers.  Bit of a thunderstorm overnight too.
