GB live February 1st to February 28th!
This keyset is heavily inspired by the IDE theme One Dark Pro (https://github.com/Binaryify/OneDark-Pro).
I wanted to offer a Pbt set kind of discrete with a composition potential using the several kits available.

DeskHero’s screenshot for the base kit doesn’t seem to include 1.5U supers but the pics here do. Which is correct? Also numpad kit has sublegends on DH but not here. I'm guessing they just have old screenshots.
I'll contact GH for this. The kits in the GB thread are the ones that will be made.

3) Candykeys sent me some hours later an email that my order went to "manufacturing". On their website thy state 2021-06-01 as ETA. Here in the forum i read something about end of year. What is the current real ETA?
4) GMK produces the keys. Does they still produce in Germany? If yes, are the CandyKeys Kits send directly to them? Meaning keys not around the world to be back in Germany again?

You can cover the board but you won't have Fn1, Fn2 and Backlight keys in this set. You'll have to use Fn instead of Fn1, Code instead of Fn2 and Delete/Print/Scroll instead of Backlight.

The keycap is totally opaque, you'll only see backlighting between the keys.

It isn't a GMK set, it is manufactured by EPBT in China. EPBT will ship to Candykeys and Candykeys will ship to you.

I ordered the Belgian kit extension (Be The Waffle) and the Mono's but the base kits were sold out when I joined the hobby :(
It seems super rare to have a Belgian kit so I'd really appreciate the Base kit to have it full (and maybe "Be The Rainbow" if also possible but please the base kit for a unique Belgian full set)? :D

ePBT Grand Tour ran about the same time and is delivering now, so hopefully they will get around to it soon, Be The One has way more kits so I assume that's the reason for the wait.
Grand Tour is not using the same printing technique. It uses regular Dye Sub instead in here we are using 5 sides dyesub

GB runners can still improve communication. Periodically attempt updates from manufacturer, and report back even if the response is "your order is being processed" so that we know the GB runner is still engaged and committed to fulfillment. Too many GB runners don't think about the perspective of the customers. The GB runners who do this well tend to have loyal followers and repeat customers. Those who do not...
As for the customers, we can speak with our wallets. I've stopped joining new keyset GBs, and bought half dozen Akko and other KO sets that delivered within days/weeks.

The sample pics look a lot darker than the original GB renders. Is it due to the ambient lighting condition when the picture was taken or are they actually much darker?

Colors fit the pantone ref and as you have seen with all the pictures shown above this is not an easy set to capture the colors from.

When I see the deadlines that are only getting longer and the number of group-buys still in progress, I wonder why we continue to pile up orders when clearly production is not keeping up?
It's quite dishonest as it works, because obviously the producers are not able to meet reasonable deadlines but continue to accept orders (and the money that goes with it) knowing very well that it will not be produced before Greek calenders.
It doesn't bother me, I accept this modus operandi and I do not blame group-buy runners for that situation.

The entire kits were ordered on March 3rd to ePbt for final inspection. I'm just waiting for those. Remember there was a lockdown in Shenzen too. So NO i can't do anything on my side.

I did now you pointed it out, I was annoyed that there was a gap. This is my first 65% and I'm still quite new in the hobby. Thanks for your help, it looks much better now.

Just got an answer from Candykeys : they have to shipping time to annonce right now. If compared to other ePbt sets delivery delays compared to other vendors, count for 4-6 weeks between it pops up on Kbdsfans and when it's available on Candykeys.

There are others now. For example, an ongoing GB on 21kb for Azerty PBT keycaps. ePBT Winter Breath is comming soon. ePBT Scandi is somewhere near too. For PBT it's okay. Now, we need GMK to consider us at once and finally offer a doubleshot French azerty kit within a GB.

Finally got mine from candykeys too! It's weird that after 2 years of regularly checking on this forum and on CK's discord this thing is finally here. I don't think anything could completely survive the expectations after 2 years of wait but I must say I'm very pleased with the colours, the feel, the sound... It's keyboard keys people, but very good keys (yes my keyboard passion faded as covid did). Thanks again Zekth for designing these and supporting the crazy ISO-Be layout!+1
