Stuck key on a IBM Model M

Hey guys, I've found a 1992 Spanish Model M in good condition but it has one problem, the [ key is stuck, you can press it and it makes a clicking noise but the [ appears before you hear the click, also sometimes a [ randomly appears after I hit the letter P, I took the keycap and didn't see any difference with other keys, I don't have the tool to open it so before I start looking for one I thought I should ask if anyone know if there is a way to fix this.

Any idea what the problem might be?

You will need to reseat the sping on the hammer, the easiest way is the chopstick-o-death method by sandy55. Search for it on the gh search.
