I created that meme just for that thread because zoolzoo's dolch set got taken within a few minutes. I may not have made the meme specifically for this thread, but I did create it myself.

It's the original rubber dome version...not that Topre isn't a rubber dome as well, but it's the old school version. It's definitely interesting. The layout is weird as hell though.

yes it is a standard rubberdome over membrane contact keyboard. i have the slightly newer model (the hhkb lite, without arrow keys, not lite2). if you aren't snobby about the actuation type, they're fine little boards with excellent layouts. good backup, could be good in a server environment too since it is small. plus, rms still uses the originally hhkb, and if it's good enough for him, you can use it and probably find your toe cheese pretty tasty as well.

Got these in the mail today. Thought it was a bit odd that I had a package that felt empty, o-rings in a small bag in a padded envelope makes for a wild guess at what you got.

I can, however, say I've seen the difference o-rings make on a keyboard, never used one with 'em before.
