Corsair being open about a problem with their product? That's not the Corsair way. You have to deny, then deny some more, then keep denying until the evidence is incontrovertible. At that point, they downplay the problems while their fanboys back them up. If it still continues, they do a quiet recall or discontinue the product and shift the blame all while people praise their customer service and product quality and they rake in the dough on their inflated prices.
