Nabbed one of these off Prototypist a little before they ran out/orders closed. The fact I was able to do so weeks after the GB started is simply ridiculous. Tried to ignore it because I hadn't budgeted for it at all but my will broke in the end. I love everything about this design and can't wait to see it in person. Felt all warm and fuzzy after I bought it which leads me to believe I made the right call.

Went with black as that had the most compatibility for me. Would have been tempted by the proto’s blue if that had gone through but probably still would have gone black in the end. If the mystery colour ends up being a red matching KAT explosion I might get a bit jealous but feel pretty good about my choice. You?

Oh, black looks nice. I was hoping the white top black bottom colorway would happen but I went with mystery color in the end

Any chance we'll learn the mystery color earlier than January?

Was going off what cannonkeys.com had listed. The question was more about knowing the color before it ships, whenever that may be.

No one will know what the mystery color is until the buyers receive their boards and see it themselves.  I don't even know what it is lol.

All good. Just trying to figure out what 40s kit I'll have the most luck with it matching. Never had a 40 before. Minimal 2 would probably be my best bet. Thanks for the reply!

Never had a Kat set before but this looks nice. Looks similar to SA sculpt, which I don't hate but prefer cherry. Delays are expected so I'm not too worried. :)

Reverse engineered qmk and via files cam be found in the prototypist Discord server (EU Proxy for the board)

When you say the plate, do you mean the plate file they have, or the plate being shipped with the units? That's unfortunate as I was going to use ISO. Where did you see this info?

Oddstag, how did you fit the stabs for the ISO enter key?  Did you modify your plate?

Jae from Prototypist designed a new plate which is ISO only and pinned it on his discord so I had a new one cut. I think some people have had some luck filing theirs but it didn't feel right marring such a nice finish so I left mine as an ANSI plate.

On the Cannon Keys discord user-created firmware files for Clarabelle are in the pins of the "ck_keyboards" channel. On Prototypist they are in the pins of the "support" channel. I can't speak for the package on the Cannon Keys discord but I can say that the latest firmware files available on Prototypist give you full control of the caps lock LED in VIA and as far as I can tell enable total control of the Clarabelle's capabilities (as achievable in VIA).
