Yeah... I finally settled on a config. Try PMing sprit with the link to your docs, he should be able to get an invoice sent to you!

Hey Sprit,

I can't remember if I ordered stabilizers with my PCB and plate or if I forgot them - can you check for me? Also, if I really forgot to add them, can I still extend my order?

Cheers

Sent you PM about Stabilizers sprit, didn't see that they are here! Whoops, just invoice me for 10 sets of stabilzers. Are these stabilizers properly spaced for numpad stabilizer as well?

Yeah sprit, what do I do? I think I am going to have to update and modify my invoice, do I just send you a new one and you cancel the old one?

Also, is 1 set of stabilizers enough to build the keyboard?

Also, I see you found 120g springs, I think I am going to need to order a pack of those

I didn't realize stabilizers had been added.

Sprit if I want to add stabilizers I should probably just create a new order just for them because I have already paid for my other invoices...

Also, this is what the option says:
"Cherry MX Stabilizers 5pcs (with 1 metal space bar) = 8 USD *"

Sorry for the noob question, but how many 'pcs' do I need for a 60% AND 75% keyboard?

Yup 2 for shift 1 for enter 1 for spacebar and one for backspace! :)

so '1pcs' refers to 'everything needed for a single switch'.  so that would basically have two sides and a bar between them.  ok, makes sense now...

I think if you are invoiced and paid already, all you need to do is submit an order for what else you want added. Then you should be all set from there. Sprit, if this is wrong, correct me, as this is what I just did!

Yay! Gold plated springs, awesome! Ordered one of each. What happened to 68G spring? Will springs from old form still be gold plated?

I've submitted new form to specify what type of stabs I want.

Ordered some extras too.. $1.50 per stab is a bit steep however :(

can you just sell me 5 2X PCB cherry stabs instead of the 110% set?

Also can you sell 30 55g, 30 60g, 30 65g, and 30 120g instead of 120 xg?

Edit: Was I supposed to specify in my cherry stabs order whether I needed PCB or plate mount? I ordered the clear acrylic plate.

Wait, the clear acrylic plate is only compatible with PCB-mount switches only?

Stabs!

PCBmount and plate mount switches are basically the same. But if you're building into sprit's PCB, just get PCB mount switches. If you ever need to mount pcb switches onto plate mount boards only, just snip the extra 2 small legs

Ordered some extras too.. $1.50 per stab is a bit steep however :(

This is actually cheaper than other places I have seen.  IMSTO is selling 5 for $10 (so $2/piece).

Yay! Gold plated springs, awesome! Ordered one of each. What happened to 68G spring? Will springs from old form still be gold plated?

I am also wondering what happened to the 68g springs.  I already have some on order, but it is strange that they are not available anymore...

Yeah... I took a look at WASD costar prices, and they are slightly more expensive too, and we know costar stabs are meh.

Hey guys, newbie here, can you answer some questions for me?

1. If you order a case and PCB, what do you have to do to mount switches? Do you need to solder them on?
2. Where is sprit selling springs? Everyone in the thread keeps talking about buying springs and stabs but I don't see where they're buying from.

Thanks!

1. Yes, you need to solder them on.
2. In the PCB order form on in the OP (original post), you will find the springs and stabs are now there...

1. You have to solder it manually or have someone do it for you. You also need stabilizers, keycaps and usb cable. Metal plate is optional but you can add it if you want.
2. It is in the OP, there is a link pointed to the Order Form for PCB.

Oh, I'd probably add some gold 68g springs to my order just for the fun of it.

Just reiterating for those who haven't submitted another order due to new options on the new order form, sprit mentioned in another post that he was planning on just asking about stabs ("and other stuff") on the shipping invoice. I would just wait for that if you need stabs. In your case since you already submitted another order it's a bit more confusing; on the other hand, I'm not really sure how he has been keeping track of the 10 million order submissions some people have been submitting so maybe cancelling an order/combining orders would just be another drop in the bucket :)
