That looks pretty terrible. Why don't you ship that my way so I can properly dispose of it for you ;).

It's not mine, but I do have a broken Super Grafx  I keep meaning to get repaired. That's just an end-game console for me. I hear it has the best version of Ghouls 'n Ghosts you can get for a home system. That and Darius Alpha/Plus. Sure is ugly though.

The Sharp X68000 version is not too shabby either.

Okay, so not a setup, per se. But I finally got them out of the boxes in the garage! I really need to dust these things...

Not pictured are a Wii, an Xbox 360, and a PS3. Also, another SNES in box, another Game Boy in box, and a Halo Edition Xbox (original) in box. Oh and another Xbox (original) that I painted white. :)

Well, you do have a couple more iPods than I do. It's a close race, though. :)

That is a fantastic collection! Do you still have all the controllers, power bricks & other crap to use them? I've got my NES somewhere but no AC adapter anymore :(  One of these days I'm going to steal my N64 back from my parents... all they play is Tetris! Such a waste of a good Goldeneye/Mario Kart machine  >:D

Why not both? I still have a PSone somewhere along with FFVII even though I have FFVII on PC now too.

P.S. Zeal can make you some sick cables for your DS4 controllers.

I use rfgeneration to keep track of my collection on my Samsung S5. Hoff has this app CLG that is great but it's a paid app.

You could always migrate your excel sheet to Google sheets so you could update it as you go.

So awesome. My brother has the N64, I have the other two. I should try and get it from him. I should also take some pics of my stuff.

Not sure if this has been asked: Favorite game you own for these systems. Game you'd love to own for these systems.

Can anyone answer?  ;D

Never was a big NES guy but the Mega Man series is my favorite series of all time and 3 is my personal favorite non-X game. I don't collect for the NES, but I'd be happy to take a Cheetahmen II off anyone's hands.

For SNES (greatest console ever made. EVER!) it's Yoshi's Island. ****, Yoshi's Island is in my top 5 of all time. Everything about that game is absolutely perfect... except the Poochy bonus stage, that **** can rot in hell. Right now Hagane: The Final Conflict is my #1 most sought after game for any system.

Although I had a 64 growing up I never liked it much because I always managed to buy the ****tiest games for it thinking they would be cool, but I do have very fond memories of 4-player Goldeneye and Majora's Mask. I am still on the lookout for another copy of Bangai-O that was stolen, and am dying to play Conker's Bad Fur Day, Paper Mario, and Banjo Tooi.

I'm answering too!  :P

NES: Bubble Bobble
SNES: Super Mario World
N64: Super Mario 64 (best game of all time IMO)

Not sure what I'd love to own.  I have most of the games I'd like.  :D

Anyone can answer for sure. Opening up more discussion I think can be good.

I probably should have answered myself as well.

NES: probably Metroid. I remember very fondly fighting through that to the end and how excited I was to make those end credits. Very tight second would be Castlevania.

SNES: I personally missed out on the SNES and N64 at the time. SNES days we went to Sega Genesis(also had Sega channel) and by the time N64 hit I was on PC. For SNES though I agree with Yoshi's Island.

Since I mentioned the Genesis I'm going to say Zombies Ate My Neighbors. So much fun and a LOT of levels to go through.

N64 I remember playing the hell out of Rush 2 Extreme Racing when I babysat my youngest brother and a couple of his friends. We had a lot of fun with that. Golden Eye was a big deal at anyone's house at the time though, that's for sure.

Saturn was so good. My brother had one and took it to a pawn shop or something for a really maddeningly cheap cash trade in. I think he got $5usd for the system and the games. I was so pissed when I found out.

Another messy picture of my setup.

I have an 8 plug Belkein extention that is completely used up by everything. I decided to put the screen on the old Xbox because it's more sturdy. And dusty :(
Can we get them to build the Alps ten feet higher and get Cherry to pay for it?

I don't actually own some of these games on their original systems since I play them on the Wii U or the 3DS instead, but my favorites for each system would be:

NES: Kirby's Adventure
SNES: Super Metroid (The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is a very close second)
N64: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
And as a bonus ...
GC: Metroid Prime

Noisyturtle I think you'll like this post. Picked up a good deal. CiB Anthracite NGPC with the carrying case. Pretty much pristine!

Favorite games?

NES = Shatterhand
SNES = Goof Troop
N64 = Star Fox 64

And that joystick, amirite? Best d-pad for any portable. Also Shatterhand is a good pick  :thumb:

I was shocked when I found out that the store didn't know hard it was to find the cases. :)   I love the NGPC joystick so much. It's such a good portable system :D.

And thanks haha. I somehow ended up getting Shatterhand when I was given the NES as a young child XD. It's fun and has a great soundtrack!

there's also one with a sky blue lining, but it is a bit rarer which is saying a lot because this bag is already pretty rare :))

Oh that bad boy's all hooked up. i just keep the sticks in there since I prefer to use the the handheld controller because the arcade stick buttons are super loud, so whenever you play all you hear is *thochthockthock* ..... not that there's anything wrong with that ;)

For checking sales, I only know of stuff that tracks PC games like isthereanydeal.com.

For tracking your collection: http://backloggery.com/ - it's kinda like MyAnimeList for video games  :thumb:
