Post Your Cheetos Thread

Celebrating the introduction of Flamin' Hot Cheetos in Canada, I have decided to unite all of GH under the goodness that is Cheetos, the food of boss nerds.

All variants of Cheetos are welcome; please post below!

I have not eaten chips of any kind for many months now, since a doctor criticised my diet (a big part of which was chips).

Actually it was very kind of him to refer to it as a "diet".
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

Sometimes you got to go back to actually move forward, and I don’t mean going back to reminisce or chase ghosts, I mean going back to see where you came from, where you've been, how you got here and see where you’re going.  I know there are those that say you can’t go back.  Yes, you can.  You just have to look in the right place. It's not about hugging trees. I'm a Sunchips man. Always have been. Always will be. I liked Sunchips before they were cool.

Japanese Cheetos! Were they actual Cheetos brand or something else that resembled Cheetos? Just wondering what it is that you tried and if I can find it locally, since we have a lots of Japanese markets here.

the korean shops have weird flavours too. kbbq and garlicpepper and other weird ones.
very sweet and not very cheesy. I don't think they're bad just not what I was expecting :(

thai ones were a bit better but still not as good as the american ones IMO...

I gotta say, when I was a kid, they had these tiny packs of Canadian-branded Cheetos called Cheezies.

They were crunchier, denser, and WAY SALTIER.

When you eat a tiny pack, it isn't as obvious, but man the other day I got a bulk pack of them, and almost died, cause wayyy too much sodium.

I love the flavours more than Cheetos, but it is a shame that they're too salty.

Can someone post a photo of a cheeto, it only has to be one, I am very curious if the shape as I have only ever seen the packet of them with the little tiger on the front so I have it in my head that they are like tiger shaped or something?

I don't think they would look like that though

I never got to try cheetos while I was in America.
We have something similar called Ostepops in Denmark though - not the tastiest I'll admit.

Cheezies were so good. Haven't had any for a long time though. If they have that much salt, it's probably a good thing.
