actually if you look at imsto's taobao site, he can do crazy 100% of cap surface spacebar dyesubs, but it's a huge PITA and he said previously that he didn't really want to do any more of those. *shrug* just taking the same logo and putting it on the front is kind of boring. THINK EXCITING, PEOPLE

ok so here's the deal. i want to run a couple of 3d spacebars, and batmann has the start of a perfect design in this post: http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=36921.msg698856#msg698856

i was thinking it would be cool for the text to wrap around the front, top and back of the spacebar, and then, in smaller cherry-ish text "geekhack.org" to be mixed in some aesthetically pleasing way, probably on the front of the cap on the upper right. i like the 3d pop-up font, but it would also be cool if it were rounded off a bit more, and instead of space invaders, 8-bit keyboards?

someone provide me a png or tiff, 600 dpi, adobe RGB and i'll have a batch made.

as for the escs, would like to do a matching motif to whatever the spacebar ends up being.

Q: why change it up?!? i liked the old spacebars!!

oops, we both forgot about this

. i think i ordered one beige proto and two blues. the issue with the beige cap is that it isn't using the thick cherry profile mold. i believe it's filco profile. regardless, it's not the thick PBT that everyone associates with imsto.

also, imsto is on the case now. should have samples soon
