This third pic is strangely alluring ...
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

It's on the tip of my tongue but I just can't think of it. Was it the board with no top casing off Ebay? I had one on my watch list forever, no top to the case, almost a model M style case, curved plate. This certainly looks like the one.

Epson Q203A. I got a great deal on it.

I'm not sure if they're dye sub. Whatever they are, hopefully they're Alps compatible :)

I don't have a proper camera, so taking pictures of my board and Bro's is pretty difficult, especially in my flat that dosnt get a lot of ambient sunlight. So now the weather is nice and I've got time, took my board to my Grandma's (who has a nice well maintained lawn) and get the best shots I can manage with my phone, did my best and here are the best shots;

I don't have a proper camera, so taking pictures of my board and Bro's is pretty difficult, especially in my flat that dosnt get a lot of ambient sunlight. So now the weather is nice and I've got time, took my board to my Grandma's (who has a nice well maintained lawn) and get the best shots I can manage with my phone, did my best and here are the best shots;

fixed the image quality, the imgur mobile app sucks!

Sick collection! Reapers were like a sleeper hit with me. Went in hard with my cosmic sale choices and now I'm so f'in pumped to have landed one!

You only need to find 11 more  now ;)

Absolutely beautiful board, beautiful caps, and beautiful shots!!!

Taking it out to your grandma's was worth it!!!

I love how the White bezel of that Filco segregates the vibrant (wonderfully maintained lawn might I add) from your vibrant caps ~

Also love how the second shot is cropped and focused~ the way it's focused on your hand and then blurs out the keyboard on the ground ~ gives it a nice sense of field of distance.

That flipped spacebar gives me a nice chubby ;)

So I was watching a movie last night, and I saw my keyboard glowing in the almost pitch black room... thought I'd take a few shots...

They didn't really turn out as I imagined, and didn't look anywhere near as good as it did in person T_T (they just look like really really dark photos...LOL!), but thought I might as well post them because I took'em.

inb4 missing Tsangan set (they're coming soon!)

Thank you for the kind words ~

This keyboard is a Custom Leeku 1800. It's comprised of a dremeled Cherry 1800 case (to fit plate), Leeku PCB, Beast plate, 55g Vintage Black switches, and SA profile Penumbra keycaps!

Here's some older photos of the Penumbra set for you:

Oh wow the Penumbra set is so beautiful. Also those are wonderful pictures :) I heard there is going to be a Penumbra round 2 so I'll have to get in on it. I have yet to try SA and I really want to lol. I'm in Orlando over by UCF. I'm home for the summer as I go to college in Jackson, MS. I missed Florida lol Publix mostly.
