Could you explain the form question about USB placement?  Isn’t that standardized for A.87 and B.87?

Could you explain the form question about USB placement?  Isn’t that standardized for A.87 and B.87?

Some makers used the A.87 size but either used a cable that's attached via a JST connector (no usb option) or placed the usb on the other side of the board for some reason. Usually it's on the top for A.87.

What I'm more interested in is why this is offered in B.87 size when B.87 has the USB on the left

Most of the case we know using usb port on the right side so we do it on the right. Our goal is to fit most case on this round since we don't provide a case at the moment.  ;D ;D ;D

Wait, really? I thought both the MIRA SE and the MOON had A87 ports (on the right side of the board between the main section and the navigation cluster).

This is exactly the problem I was going for when I asked.
It seems that they only used the B.87 size and stabilizer orientation but not the port-placement. Which makes this distinction almost useless because 95% of boards fit both without any issues. If you have the choice get B.87 size because the spacebar stabilizer orientation leads to less wobble.

Yeah...For a lot of case, the usb port is the right. If you see the picture we post it's on the right side. And the in video we use mire se to test it and it worked.

Wait, so is this for certain because I want to make sure that if I get the B.87 for my Mech27v1 it will fit properly.

If the usb port on right side it may fit. We put the usb port on the right for B.87 since most the case we know using right side usb. Plus you should see the size picture and measure it for sure.

Is the spacebar wire above or below the switch? I think the TX87 is above, but other PCBs have it above.  Will that affect what plates are compatible?

Also I'm confused on the B.87 and A.87 size.  What's the difference? I want was looking for a pcb that is the same size as the Leeku L3 pcb (TX87).  That pcb fits the Mira, Jane, and Mech27.

nevermind I figured it out.  A.87 has spacebar wire above.  B.87 has spacebare below.  USB port is in the same place.

just FYI, both their B.87 and A.87 have the usb on the right side, only difference is the dimensions of the edge of the pcb.  B.87 has the spacebar wire under the switch, A.87 above the switch.  I would double check what you're Jane has.  If it's using a TX87 (Leeku), it should be bottom spacebar wire like my Mech27 is.  So you'd have to choose B.87

Yeah, it uses the Leeku TX87 PCB--which I'm not a fan of...
