Just thought of this today. I think it would be nice and reduce some fights and threadcrapping. ^-^

Noooooope. I'm a frequent user of the ignore function but I don't like that idea at all, everyone should have the right to post no matter how big an ass they are.
It's a good width!  If it's half-width it's too narrow, and full-width is too wide.

Yeah, this could get kinda messy pretty fast.  There are some threads that are questions where this might make a lot of sense, but it can't be applied universally.

Take the Clack Therapy thread, which has sort of become "community-owned".  If YoungMichael suddenly decided he didn't like me anymore, he could stop me from posting in that thread, which just doesn't seem right given the context of what the thread has become.

It would basically be giving everyone the ability to moderate their own threads. Great idea in concept, but not in practice... much abuse of power would result...
tp thread is tp thread
Sometimes it's like he accidentally makes a thread instead of a google search.

You have to ask yourself, is it worth limiting your group buys and/or classifieds threads?

Nothing worse than having people want to throw money at something but they can't because you have them blocked. I speak from experience, have money, want things form people, can't buy, too bad for them!
