Icon-only legends will stay, voting was close however more did vote to keep the icon legends. Also plenty of text legend Dolch sets exist in the wild which was another argument for me to keep the icon legends.
Sorry if this isn't what you were hoping for.

So, how does it look right now with the MOQ? Looking at the mechsupply page it looks grim for the Dolch, and better but still unsure about Cyan...
