TKL has more spare keys I believe. Like stepped caps lock, nubbed touchs, etc…

Other way around. The TKL kit is more bare bones and is fine for "standard" tenkeyless boards like a Filco or a Leopold, while the TENKLESS kit also has 1.5x modifiers, fn, alt graph, ctrl/caps keys for swapping, and so on. It's all in the wiki!

It's the other way round.
TENKLESS contains 2xE, N, 2xS which are not present in TKL.
