GMK Moonlight
---------------------------------------------------------------

The inspiration for this set came from my love for the great outdoors, specifically the ambience from the moon. This set uses a dark blue-grey to represent the cool color of the night, and a beige-gold to signify the yellow hue the moon gives off on a night in the wilderness.

The novelties have been catered to create a visual representation of the outdoors, with rocky mountains, toasty campfires, as well as camping!

I really like this set! Novelties in particular. I just feel that maybe the yellow color is a tad too saturated for a moonlight but that’s just my opinion. All in anyways!

The colours looks very nice and harmonizing to me :thumb:
The only thing that comes if as a but odd to me, are the your scooped keys, which usually should have the same colour as your alpha keys. (But I'm pretty sure it wasn't on purpose anyways)

Hello,
My feedback on the set:

- Add R3 Pg Up and R4 Pg Dn for 65% users
- Add \| R1 both in base and midnight kit for split bs users (me included ;D)
- The 7u space in base should be yellow colored instead of blue. You already have 7u spacebar in the additional midnight kit.
- Can you do 1u R1, R2, R3 novelties for 65% users.
- Any chance of having text+icon mods instead of icon only ones?
- Have you thought about going with full midnight kit in base and have moonlight in added kit?

Would love to hear your opinion ;)

The colors haven't changed, just the quality of the renders. The only thing that changed is that we swapped to the dark alphas over the light. People seemed to prefer it based on the IC feedback.

Love the concept, but I feel like the yellow should be a different shade to stand out. It seems a bit dull, where I would expect it to kind of glow, pop, or evoke some feeling of warmth. Sorry for the vague feedback, but I do really love the set. More novelties would be awesome and the deskmats are amazing!

Hey, sorry for the delayed reply. I believe this is something that we are actually going to be doing. I am re-doing renders now with the yellow spacebars removed from the alt alphas kit and added to the spacebar kit; it makes the most sense this way. I'll update when its complete. I am very late to this party, but I really like this set! I am a fan of uniform color throughout and I am a big fan of this theme! (added bonus : the clean numpad!)
Also, I usually stick to base, but I really like the novelties and the rama, I'm going all in on this one!

edit: Just wanted to point out that I only found this IC-GB because of keycaplendar (https://keycaplendar.firebaseapp.com/) very useful tool since this community has gotten so big its hard to keep track!
