2.4g peripherals without pcie wifi card?

is it possible to have a 2.4g keyboard and mouse without the wifi card? why i am asking? just build a pc (took me 3 hours) and i dont like the look of wifi pcie cards also i dont want to open it up again. so can i use wireless 2.4g not bluetooth peripherals without wifi card?
propably sent from my amazon kindle 10th gen

If you want to connect a wifi keyboard you'll need wifi on the computer, if it has it's own 2.4ghz connection you'll need to use whatever came with the mouse and keyboard.  If it's wifi and you don't like the look of the pcie you could get a USB wifi dongle?  At least you could many years ago...
