Just an update as I made a small complaint way back in the thread: I re-assembled my board with the additional RGB leds for the duck feet, looks awesome now  :-*

Really regretting not getting those feet and aluminum plates.

Oh well, I still love my Compact SQ.

Did you get some sort of shipping notification or just going off the last update?

Leeku - I sent you an email, is it too late to add duck feet? If it is too late, no problem. These pictures with duck feet make me feel like I made a big mistake not buying them originally.

Updates,

I did my best but need one more weekend to finish. Thank your all your patience. :)
Cases are done, I need to check PCBs and pack each for shipping.
For assembly, three are left.

Nope, I'm such a sucker for 1800 layout and this is the only successful custom 1800 keyboard GB that I know of.

Hopefully yuktsi managed to salvage TX1800 successfully so that I can sneak into the GB

Soooooo.  Anyone have buyer's remorse?

The only buyers remorse I have is that I didn't buy two and one set of every top plate.

If this ever runs again I am picking up another.

I'm such a sucker for 1800 layout and this is the only successful custom 1800 keyboard GB that I know of.

Winkeyless has a similar design, and the lightsaver v2 is pretty similar too.

Both aren't as good as the Compact SQ if you ask me.  The winkeyless has terrible arrpw placement, and the lightsaver has no arrows at all.

I don't like lightsaver design. It's too crowded. This or 1800 layout fits best for me

I have maker's remorse actually. Running a GB like this is verry tough to take the timeline. And stressful (not from any buyer but from myself and the factory)

We are all extremely grateful for the work you have put in, this GB was ran a lot more professional then some of the other GB's ive participated in, that's for sure. So thank you for offering to even do this for us. I would imagine that offering assembly is very taxing, im actually surprised that you offered that service. Anyway, thanks!

Leeku you have been an amazing GB leader and handled every process of the buy very well, I hope that you can continue with the great work you're doing and I know I'll be keeping my eye on anything you do in the future . If there was a GB leader rating system or something I'd give an A+ for sure.

I'm extremely thankful that you run this GB, and I'm extremely grateful that you still allow me to sneak into GB 2 months after I filled the form. You still even remember me about this GB when I even forget and give up hope that I will never get into this GB. Once again, thank you for your hard work.

I'm going to echo what a lot of people saying and mention that you have kept a very professional attitude and excellent GB leader along with Meiosis. The fact that I was late and still managed to get it, I'm not only thankful but also really appreciative of all the things that went on in this GB.

I don't know if your cool with doing another GB, but I would happily vouch that you have an awesome record.

I  can't wait to get my board together and start using it.

22mm to top of top layer
18mm to top of middle layer (that sticks out about 1mm)

edit: these are the measurements with the acrylic tiltbar (with all 3 layers) and the clear acrylic top/bottom plates

Yeah man - I figured there would be ONLY proud owners out there, but it never hurts to ask.  I had a lot going on in my life and haven't paid the attention that I should have to GH.  I missed this buy and feel awful about it.  This looks to me like a most excellent keyboard...  So one day maybe there will be something similar or someone that wants to part with theirs, but for now I'll have to take this experience to heart and check GH daily!  But in the meanwhile, if anyone bought more than they need or have extras or need to pay their mortgage or whatever, please PM me - I'd entertain a very fair price.  Lesson learned!  Nice work Leeku.  Nice work indeed.
