This build was insane.  It is one of the most beautiful hand wiring jobs I've ever done.  This build almost killed me.  I had numerous issues with various pins not playing nicely and having to move them around until there were no more issues.  I opened and closed the thing 50 times. Finally everything was stable.

I pissed off my wife by staying up all night working on the damn thing... no keyboard is worth that.

Mr. Bishop did a fantastic job on the plate, case, and foot.  Seriously he does some amazing work.

Well, I've been up too long and I'm in a lot of trouble.  I'll try to answer questions tomorrow.

One night's sleep lost in the quest for keyboard glory is never something to be pissed about.  Moreso that you were able to get it working.

That foot really grabbed my attention. And the board is pretty fun overall even if the layout is blowing my mind. Nice job :). Hopefully it was worth your wife being angry.

is that a teensy or arduino controller?
is it a 60 with extra keypads?
I like the design

Thanks CPT, the foot was all mrBishop. I think she'll feel better when she finds out I'm done and won't need tonight to finish it
