You know what, how about a split board where the number pad can be attached to the left side  of the board?  This way most of us righties will not be affected by reaching too far from the mouse.  I will never go larger than 60 to 70%

Pretty much the idea behind this:



MkII will take out the nav cluster and compress in a little. ETA who know when, I'll know more when I start working on the it.
