Am not a person of culture™, so I can't comment on the theme, but you're missing a 1u Alt in base. You'll also want to put the second 2.25u Shift in base because of the alt alphas kit (two Tabs and two 2.25u Shifts are required for most users to be able to cover two boards with base + alt alphas). Further, I suggest making the NumLk legend single-line since it's currently the only two-line legend in the set. System or Super instead of Code would also be a welcome change.

As for the hiragana alphas kit, it's currently missing a R1 1u ー key (chōonpu). As for the spacebar, it's probably a good idea to either include both 6.25c and 7c, or neither of them.

Is the spacekey next to 2.75c in base 2.25c or 2c? I can't tell, although I'm assuming it's 2.25c.

Edit: It's probably a good idea to also include 1.25c and 1c spaces in the extras kit for full Alice / split spacebar coverage.

Out of all things to complain about it's the layout of the IC lmao. Plenty people copy other IC layouts, it's not that big of a deal. It gets all the points across, it's not hurting anyone either.

I'm in for the base and thank you for not forcing sublegends on this. Although I think you are missing an opportunity to use the most iconic symbol, the geass, as the 2.25u enter key in the novelties. Also instead of the "R" novelty, I recommend using the black king from chess.

Agree with this. We need more Geass symbols. "R" is only seen in season 2 and isn't really part of the story in any way other than the title of the seasons.

Makes senses to me. On the note of splitting a 6.25u, I can see the 2.25c and 2.75c are offered in the kit - is it typical that those who choose to split their 6.25u would use a non convex 1.25u? Because I am not seeing that (a 1.25c) available in the base kit if that is the intent behind offering 2.25c+2.75c in the base kit in order to offer this compatibility. I guess I'm just trying to understand the reasoning for offering some spacebar compatibility in the base kit. That will drive up the price for those who don't need it and for those who need 2c. Why not offer all spacebars in a separate kit?

Hiragana forced into base kit is a bit overplayed for me so I'm passing but def would have copped if normal latin. GLWIC (and GB)!

Really love the colors, and would definitely buy this if I didn't have to buy an extra kit just to get the regular, Latin alphas.  Sub-legends of any sort hold zero interest for me, so, as I said, for me, this is like being forced to buy a specialized, niche configuration and then having to pay substantially extra for what should have been the basic configuration.  Oh well, at least it saves me some money, in the sense that I won't be buying.  Still love the colors, though.
