I really want to add the kits for the split space and the Pi novelty key but $65 is a lot for 3 keys.

Anyone buying the Ortho and Novelty kits and not planning on using those keys?  :D :D

This group buy is doing very well.  The next update will have a larger X-axis maximum.

Thanks! I think the bottom graph is the old one, no? ;D

I have sat on the edge with this set from the start.  I just ordered the Numpad kit and I plan on using it on a (also just ordered) Mistel MD200 Freeboard. Part of the plan is to make a colour matching acrilic replacement for the orange one that comes with the MD200.

I think the yellow would suit or maybe the green.  What do you all think?

Yeah, I think so! I actually wanted to model a Mistel MD200 when looking at cool numpads for the IC. I think the colours will even match the original orange acrylic.

Reminder: Last week to place your order! Group buy ends this Friday, May 10.

Note to all Canadian buyers: Since all kits have reached MOQ, I will be capturing payments within the next few days. If there are any issues, I will contact those involved.

Sorry about the lack of new graphs. Should be coming in shortly. I'm as eager as anyone else to see our latest stats.

Cheers!

Yeah! I can think of several reasons:

1. DSA suits small keyboards very well
2. It helps when you have separate alphas (ahem GMK)
3. The kit covers many keyboards and the price is reasonable

I updated all the graphs in this thread to the new format.

What's different? Can't really tell.

If we're talking graph tweaks, it would be nice to be able to see where the MOQ limit was, even after it was surpassed. Would better show how much above MOQ it is when it's done.

I was also really surprised when 40% reached MOQ even before TKL did, even if TKL still wins on pure numbers at this point. Not that I have a 40% board, but for me, the kits were just really well designed and thought through. I was able to get just what I needed and very little else.

The x-axis maximum is higher and the single history graph instead of four.

If there were also price drop points, indicating everything after it's exceeded gets pretty messy.  But with no price drops, marking the MOQs isn't so bad.  For example:

I updated all the graphs in this thread to the new format.

What's different? Can't really tell.

If we're talking graph tweaks, it would be nice to be able to see where the MOQ limit was, even after it was surpassed. Would better show how much above MOQ it is when it's done.

I was also really surprised when 40% reached MOQ even before TKL did, even if TKL still wins on pure numbers at this point. Not that I have a 40% board, but for me, the kits were just really well designed and thought through. I was able to get just what I needed and very little else.

The x-axis maximum is higher and the single history graph instead of four.

I'm sure dvorcol reads this thread from time to time. If dvorcol doesn't respond directly, then I can pass on your constructive criticism. :thumb:

If there were also price drop points, indicating everything after it's exceeded gets pretty messy.  But with no price drops, marking the MOQs isn't so bad.  For example:

I prefer it as it is-- it's clearer and MOQ isn't really important once you're past it.

Don't give yourself too much trouble, dvorcol, your graphs are already very insightful.

I also prefer not marking the MOQs after they're met.

I didn't see that this was asked before; will there be extras after the GB?

Yes.

How many has not been determined. We will add up the numbers tomorrow and go from there.

Last call: ends in 3 hours!
