Also, I would be able to offer a space. My apartment complex has a huge common area you can rent out (has grills, bar (with keg taps), lounge area, outside patio)

+1 Would love to make another trip out for this. Spring or summer. Preferably after April 15 so Wyfster can come with. :)
(Also in favor of a large meetup in CA if that happens ;) )
