Buy keyborad keycaps in France ?

Just a "simple" question : Do you know if/where I can buy key caps in France, or at least ship it there for a reasonnable price ?

Most keycap manufacturers are in the US, or China, with a couple in the UK.  UK might be your best bet as it is closest.
