It's by row, but actual row not profile row. So R1 doesn't necessarily have to be orange/red as you are suggesting, the focus is balanced distribution of colors wich Ryan did perfectly for Penumbra. The only change I made for Oblivion was breaking up the bottom row with the orange/red system keys.

Hey guys, quick update

I'm sorry to say that we are delayed by 1-2 weeks, details regarding legends are being talked out with GMK and they'll be doing a render of the final product as a form of confirmation that everything is in order. But since they are behind on doing custom set renders we will have to wait a bit more for that to be done.

I have updated the my own kit renders on the first post, the base kit has received R3 1u Home and R4 1u End, a stepped capslock key with LED window and a blue R4 1u FN key in addition to the existing yellow one. Also, Enter has been changed to Return, Print instead of Prt Sc and 2line BackSpace for the 1.5u key.

This kit has been final for about a week now which GMK is working with (except for the incorrectly displayed spacebar colors in the base sets, those will be alpha color). The expected price is now 135 instead of 130 at MOQ 250 due to the addition of these 4 keys. I cannot say yet what the MOQ breakpoints will be, we should know more about that when the GB starts.

+1, you aren't alone. I really like how A Profile looks and it is The OG profile for the bottom row; however, I prefer B Profile for typing. I suppose B Profile won the battle of ergonomics and A Profile was discontinued.

Easily the most compatible set I've ever seen, couple of questions though:

• No 1.25u Menu key?
• What are the following keys for (keys with no line through)?

Definitely picking this up just solely on compatibility, not to mention it looks great in both colorways.

Fair enough, I wasn't aware the molds existed but nice to see the extra consideration.

How did you get to the keys for the spacebar kit? Through my research, excluding 40/Ergo, I found that these (additional) keys would be required to cover all known splits.

The 2U is used by the VE.A in combination with the 2.75u one. 1.75u I'll have to dig up, there's always someone managing to fill his 40% with a few keys swapped around.
