So exactly HOW rare are Hungrkeys? Does binge only give them for special occasions?
I've catalogued about 22 different hungrkeys, but there's probably a couple more I don't know about. So idk, I'll ballpark at >25. Pretty sure the majority of them are one offs as well.
I wouldn't say special occasions. Mostly just certain people have gotten them when they were first released. However, 2 were sold in one raffle for whatever amount you chose, but probably went for a ridiculous amount. Then quite a few went out during the Photochromatic Raffle/Sale, which of course, was based off RNG.
As many have said though, given how complicated the piece is to create in the first place, there isn't going to be many made really. Plus, Bunge has really high QC for his caps.
I still think it's pretty funny how often I see people on MM attempting to trade/purchase a hungrkey. Frankly, it's just not going to happen imo. Anyone who has a hungr it was either a gift, extremely pricey, or they just understand how rare it is so they aren't going to get rid of it. The best you can do is attempt to colorswap hungrs, but otherwise, RIP attempting to get one via that route.
