3D Modelling and Rendering Expert
« on: Tue, 12 November 2024, 03:02:03 »
Hi Guys, I'm new to Geekhack and have only recently joined the mechanical keyboard world.
I am a professional 2D/3D CAD Modeller, Designer and Rendering expert in my day job and would love to create proper 2D and 3D models and drawings of switches, PCBS, plates, keyboards and keycaps. Finding good resources has been challenging and I'd like to simplify the process for myself and then share with others by recreating these things accurately in all formats and uploading here. I'd also love to share the finished renders and get involved in keycap and keyboard design, purely for the pleasure of the design work.
If anyone can point me in the direction of good solid existing reference resources it would much appreciated.

Awesome, welcome to GH. Do you have access to CNC machines and shops?
