[FS] Realforce 101, videowriter 250, blue alps board
« on: Mon, 21 January 2019, 13:19:22 »
Hello GH classifieds!  Selling three boards today.  Price does not include shipping and is OBO.

Here's a timestamp of the 3 boards - note the SGI is not available: https://imgur.com/a/vvRr4uE

1. Topre Realforce 101 ($215)

The elusive WKL full board realforce in excellent shape! Variable weighting, which took me a bit to get used to, but I quite like that weighting now. Used as my office daily driver for a school term, but decided to finally bring a custom to the office.  Has a minor scuff on the upper left corner of the board - but it's not very noticeable.

2. VideoWriter 250 keyboard - SKCM brown alps  ($205)

This board is in great condition! The switches feel fantastic and are overall very clean!

3. Computerland AT keyboard - SKCM blue alps    ($285)

These blue alps are among the best and smoothest blue alps I’ve ever used.

Here is a comparison video between the computerland board and my “NOS/NIB” Tektronix kb-101a: www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHYk_CZCtII

The tek board has PBT caps from a wang 725, while the computerland board has alps doubleshots. Also keep in mind the tek board is an all plastic case, whereas the computerland board has a metal back panel. The switches on both boards are very comparable, both being, at the very least, 9/10. I would put the NOS switches at a 10/10 (definitely can tell they are NOS switches) and the computerland switches at the very least a 9/10. I would say closer to 10/10 than 9/10, but I don’t like to do the decimal stuff, so I’m going with 9/10. The board is a bit yellowed, and the caps could use cleaning, but the plate is very clean and switches feel absolutely fantastic.

Thanks for looking!
