One of my favorite keyboards.

Started out as a Ducky 104UB-DK45S and ended up with 30g domes, lubed, PBT space bar, and in a JustSystems 108UG case, serial #660 (reminds me of the FC660, good number).  :-*

How are you liking it? I have a friend from school who wants to get one but I don't own one myself, I've typed on it for like 5 minutes though.  :thumb:

One of my favorite keyboards.

Started out as a Ducky 104UB-DK45S and ended up with 30g domes, lubed, PBT space bar, and in a JustSystems 108UG case, serial #660 (reminds me of the FC660, good number).  :-*

Looks really nice. What did you do with the light grey case that it came with?

I had to try 30g Topre and ended up with a JIS layout board, which is kind of interesting and not difficult to get used to. Definitely the lightest switch I've used.

Thanks! I've still got it. I'm likely going to sell it to someone else who'd enjoy it since I'm happy with the JustSystems case. If you'd like it, do let me know. :)

I really enjoy 30g topre, but I like all of the Topre weights, to be honest, from 30g to 55g as well as BKE. 30g is fun to type on if you don't mash the keys as you type, haha.

Nice yellow keycaps ;D

Very nice.

Now that I have a RF I'd like to get a set.  I didn't get a set several years ago when they were available, but I had no RF.  Now I have a RF and the sads because yellow keycaps are no longer available.

As the result of a failed repair attempt, my original Zo64 PCB was ruined, and I had to rebuild it.  I got a new DZ60 PCB, salvaged the plate from the old one, got some Kailh BOX Pale Blue switches this time, and some genuine Cherry stabilizers.  The translucent keycaps are from KBDfans.  It's better than it was before, though still not perfect.  I am learning!

I'm still trying to get used to everything, but damn are these springs heavy and satisfying. The thing is clearly built like a tank. My only complaint is the slight hollow rattle of the spacebar.

Was given this recently and have finally plugged it in.

I acquired a bare KeyTronic magnetic reed keyboard that I thought was kind of cool. So I went ahead and "Teensyfied" it and made a simple wooden frame case for it. I really like these switches!

The combination of wood and the bare bones PCB make this look pretty retro.

Take a cheap Chinese keyboard, add thick cherry profile blank pbt, kailh box blacks + whites (black for the alphas, black for all the rest except the spacebar), and you get a very nice piece of keyboard, although that didn't come out cheap at all with the price of 100$  :D
Keyboards:

*Zero keyboard with Gateron red, yellow and brown- Sold because I was stupid

*Old yellowed Clicky-modded Dell AT101W

*Lubed Microsoft 800 that currently is my daily driver

Rotated into this one yesterday after reprogramming it (pain in the ass) and putting a keycap set on it that i had in my vault. Stock Gateron Blacks on a Red Scarf III (Ivan Batch)

I wonder if all these new people know what set this is.

It had one a couple of years ago.

ahh... good old DSA Skull Squadron... got the original set and then 2 of the DCS variant. It's my absolute favourite set alongside DCS TOXIC and EVA Noct.

It is a nice set, the only thing that I did not like much was the rough texture it has.

ah, well then easy solution, type on it often and the rough will go away... I like the rough texture, which is why it's mostly just a vitrine / display set for me. (don't wanna ruin it)

I see, you are a collector minded person, I am an user minded person, so I really want my sets for using them.

I'm kinda both, which is why I have multiple of a few sets... it's also why I got the DCS twice, so I can use one regularly. (Getting another DSA would've been too expensive, this set goes for 700$+...)

Subtle marketing I see. I chased down that rabbit hole and ended up on Reaktor's career page ;). The real question: is the beer any good?

Logitech K760

It's a solar-charged bluetooth keyboard with a 70% layout targeted at Apple systems. Neat, but the layout is driving me insane. One of the Apple's obscurities is swapping backquote (on US keymap; code 41) with the ISO key (between Shift and QWERTY Z; code 86). Who the hell thought it would be a good idea?
