Cherry G80-3000 HFMGB review REDUX (Cherry MX Blue)

This week we take another look at the old HFMGB again. It's been a LONG time since I did the original, and much was learned since then :) .

That back and forth sound comparison is like the heavyweight champion punching a random guy off the street  ;D

I find MX blue a bit more tolerable with o-rings, though by no means will they approach Alps click. Otherwise that high pitched click seems to in a way become even more annoying with the bottom out clack and if you're typing really fast the sounds sort of meld together which accentuates the problem.

I actually improvised that scene, it wasn't even in the script. I admit it's almost not a fair competition :p .

MX Blues are one of my favorite switches. The high pitched click wouldn't bother me if they weren't so rattly.

Modded Aristotle switches seem like the way to go for clicky MX.
