This is by far a crzy theory,

But have you guys noticed, the internet "feels" faster when the weather gets hot ?

Since Internet is a viscous fluid warmer weather allows Internet to loosen up a bit in it's tubes while traveling from the production plant to your home.

No not at all in fact i feel a lot more unhappy when the smog comes in

When it snowed and school closed in the small college town where I used to live, Netflix became unusable. If I could even get a movie to start, it would constantly be interrupted by buffering. That's the most dramatic effect I've ever seen on Internet bandwidth.
