Paypal reserved money and actual available funds

Guys, quick question - when you buy something on Massdrop and Paypal reserves your money for it - does actual/available funds still include that money or is it already excluded, like already spent?

To the best of my knowledge, Paypal protects the customers a lot. If the customers have proof that they didn't recieve the thing they paid for, the money would be returned.

From what I recall, it's already spent.

Yeah, apaprently it was just "checked" and not taken or reserved. I had to pay for it when the time came...
