the plate is 1.6mm thick and the middle frame is 9.6mm thick.

1.6mm is disappointing for a keyboard at this level. Look at the Doro67 it has a 4mm plate, the Zeal60 has a 5mm. A tick plate gives a ridgid, high end feeling which a thin one can't compare with.
I hope you can consider a ticker plate, preferably as tick as the Zeal as everything else in your design is top level.

oh！the plate and the middle frame are integrated，so when you actually get it，is a whole，quite thick.

Check this out, all these high-end keyboards have at least a 4mm plate.
I'm sorry to say, but a 1.6mm makes this awesome project less interesting for me. Would it have a solid 4 or 5mm plate I would be all over it :)

This is a confusing gb so here are my questions:

-What is the mid-piece? Is that the integrated plate?
-I see that there is a green housing option now. Any samples?
-Where do input our own text for brass engraving?
-Non-engraved means it won't have that long sentence on the top of the case?  If we choose "engraved" does that mean we can put in our own text?  If so, where do we input that?

After 3 days of GB, these links still aren't working...
 
   
Also still isn't clear: 
- which is the part that we can decide to NOT engrave, which one of the two? The "Typewriter" or the long disney random text?   
- Did typewriter changed font yes or no?     
- So can the keyboard support 1.25x3+6.25 standard bottom row on the non-hhkb version, yes or no? (from your last reply seems like no, but to be sure i just ask it again, can you make it compatible with the standard bottom-row on the non-hhkb layout?)

1.two part can decide to NOT engrave，include "Typewriter" and text.
2.yes.You can show the font you want in the post.
3.no，incompatible.

This keyboard is a integrated middle frame and plate.Well known，the material and casing of the plate are different，but I use the same material.It is equivalent to doing this integrated plate with the standard of the casing，so its reliability can be guaranteed.We are willing to use so much material to make such a retro shell，without thickening the plate，because I think thick plates can affect the feel.Don't influence your opinion because of the appearance of several thick plate products.Thick plates do not necessarily bring a better feel.I don't want to see the vibration feedback of the switch affected by the thickness of the plate.
