FCFS was fun for the sheep raffle. I had to wake up at 4-something AM and babysit the computer for several hours (I think there were some issues that time), but I was able to buy some of the caps I had me eye on. Although I prefer raffles, it's really fun to change it up every now and then! I'm happy with whatever the choice.

Here's the way I see it:

FCFS is good for people monitoring their computers/phones, but usually favors certain parts of the world. However, if you want to get all payments as quickly as possible and not have to hunt people down, FCFS is the way to go.

Raffles are good because many more people can get in, and there's no strategy involved; winners are selected at complete random. However, as hinted above, you run the risk of people not paying and have to hunt them down.
But with your caps, I'm sure it won't take you long to find buyers.

I'm only watching from the side lines here, but I seriously think that fcfs is the worst way to sell things like this. It ****s over so many people. Bad landlines, jobs/meeting, slow computers, personal life and so on.. . I hated sitting up at 4am hitting f5, when I was collecting.
