Just made an order. Hope its not too late because of timezones.
TBH I still haven't finalized my decision...
How long to we have to change our minds?
I only have a washable keyboard.

How long after completing the form should I expect an invoice?

I haven't received an invoice yet. Should I be concerned?
PM Shadovved if the invoice doesn't get out to you by the end of tomorrow (should though)

Just paid my invoice for 100 blues!! Hopefully I like them, currently using MX browns and wanted to go with MX greens or MX clears for my custom I want to build. But you can't beat the price on this GB! Thinking of getting some MX green springs and swapping them out, any advice on this?

Also I'm new here, just curious how often GBs like this happen? Not sure if I'm going to want to buy Gateron browns, or even MX clears if some show up on here.

Been here a year and I've never seen one of these. Get em while you can! When this gb ends, the next cheapest option will be double the price! I have no plans for the ones I ordered, this was just way too good to pass up!

Just found this thread and its very early in the morning here in germany, is it still possible to buy some?

I clicked through the sites... So shipping is in 100`s? Say 400 switches would be 4*$8 for shipping?

Not sure wether or not i should buy some, im normally not really the kind of linear person, I dont liked Blacks but after using the Blacks in a G80-1851 i kind of like them, but not as much as Blues, Topre or Buckling Springs.

I would say i would prefer the following order: Topre = Buckling Springs > Blues >= (Clears) > Blacks > Reds > Browns

Maybe someone could help me very quick, if its not too late already. :)

I *think* they're still taking orders ... it's not the 12th here.

There are blues (nearly the same as MX's blues) and browns (again, nearly the same) available if you wanted clicky or tactile (both with the lighter spring).

It also looks like you can order by tens, so just get 40 blacks for the letters, and you can swap out the sliders for something else if linear isn't to your liking ... all the switch types have reached the cheapest tier.

Just a fellow buyer, so one of the two organizers may step in to correct me but I think that's all right.

Well thank you very much for the quick answers! :)

That means i have plenty of time left (~11h, should be 00:45 pm EST)

If blues and browns are nearly the same, then definitly not Browns. :)
So the blacks are smooth as lubed mx-blacks, are the blues smooth as mx-blues or really only a little lighter because of the spring?

I dont really care about the look of the switch housing as i dont like LEDs either, so clears are really not to consider for the spring?
My friend really likes light switches, so would any other switch, lets say mx-blues or mx-clears would be to consider with the spring of a clear gateron? :)

Sorry if I ask redundant questions. :/

Yes, since the smoothness comes from the plastic used, Gblues would be smoother feeling than MX blues. If aesthetics aren't your thing, Gclears are probably too light for many too use with the stock spring. The lightest MX switches are browns and reds, both 45g

I will be in for 200 blacks and 200 blues in a few minutes. :)

Shipping would be to Germany, anything possible to avoid taxes?
If the "Zollamt" opens the package and they thinks the gaterons are Cherry-Switches i could be charged for very much. :D
Or will be a bill in the package and on the package so i have to pay the normal taxes for the value i paid?

You will probably never get a chance to buy switches at such a low per unit price.
I would recommend getting a bunch.

They are PCB mount, but they can be converted to plate mount by snipping off the plastic stab.

Also I plan on using these on the future Orion V2 or should I just get original cherry switches

Brown is going to be the best option.  There is no equivalent to MX clear in this GB.  The browns will be pretty consistent with MX browns...

It appears that they are no Gateron that matches the Cherry clear switch, according with comments of people that have tried them already.

Gateron blacks feel like lubed MX blacks, with a very slightly lighter spring.

Are the springs confirmed to be lighter or is it because of less friction of the slider?
