I can give up my blues in exchange for blacks, if anyone's interested.
Btw, do you guys have any idea whether the clear tops are as smooth as the stock tops?

I can't tell if the clear tops are smoother but they sure fit more snug than the stock clear tops. The stock tops feel like cherry tops while the clear tops have a tighter fit to the bottom of the switch. The actual movement of the stem in the top I haven't tested but I prefer the clear switch tops to the stock Gateron tops.

I might be interested in like 80 of the 35g linears if you have some left to add to my order.
If you live in AZ you can try my keyboards. I usually keep plenty of different ALPS and MX and buckling springs.

updated the OP, sorry about that

We are outta clears as well, I need to maintain a small buffer for accidents.

Just an FYI: Shadovved told me, that there are still 2000-3000 clear switch tops left - so you still can happily order some of those ;)

And yes, we still have switch tops.....only switch tops left.

Am I missing something, the whole "clear vs stock tops" I was under the impression if I ordered say, 100xClear Switches that I would be getting 100xGateron Clear Switches with the Clear top? Or do I need to order the switches and the tops?

Yes, you have to order them separately. The switches sold in this group buy are translucent, but milky. The extra switch tops are more clear.

It was together with my switch top GB, but due to lacking interest the GB fell through.

I'm intending to run it again after I settle the Gateron, probably June?

It's rather amusing to me that black stems are the least valued of the MX switches and yet apparently the most valued of the gateron switches.  MX black has typically been the slowest seller, and that Pok3r GB only offered red, blue, brown, and clear, for example.  I wonder if the glowing reviews from linear switch lovers have kicked up a little #hype storm.
Those Gateron blacks are quite unique, not being as stiff as MX Blacks, but stiffer than MX Reds. They are supposedly smoother than MX ones too.

Woah, seems like I missed out on this IC as well! Ö_Ö

That far right 'blinded by white' looks super interesting!

It somehow looks very smooth or soft, almost Jelly POM like!
Is it slightly translucent or just very glossy? Why not use a full set of these, will you go blind? xD

It's the same PBT material, but it's just super glaring when I look at a ziplock bag of it.

I'll probably only run the GB in the first all 5 colours if the glaring white receives enough attention, or else I'll just combine both whites to the normal one and run 4 colours.

The shipping time is probably not really revelant here since most of the waiting time will be because of the time it will take to shadovved to sort out, and package more than 100.000 switches.

But I've had packages taking less than a week to do ASIA=>Europe, so should be about the same shipping time for murica.

That's a good point, we definitely owe Shadovved a big thanks for dealing with all of those switches for us! :thumb: I guess I'll just have to be patient.
