So at my work there was a major water leak on the third floor -- which apparently lasted for hours (nobody was in the area on the weekend.)  It ended up partially leaking down into my basement office, spritzing my RK-9000!  :mad:

Doesn't look there was any damage.  Judging from the dried water pattern on the desk it wasn't much water;  Literally a sprinkle pattern.  I'm still annoyed nonetheless.

Definitely makes me wish I had a hood of some kind.  That, and also wishing that Filco-like boards had drain holes like a Lexmark/Unicomp M...

...Just needed to vent...

You're the second person I've seen on here venting about this kind of thing. Ceiling leaks have happened at my place before...I'm a bit worried about my 87U!

What's really funny about it is that replacing work supplied three monitors and two PCs would be no problem whatsoever.  (And fast, I'd just pilfer the storage room.)  But I bet a $100 reimbursement for the keyboard would be a hard sell...
