I for one appreciate your transparency regarding the finances.  Your decision to hire someone to sort the caps is something other GB leaders should consider.

I'd post this on Reddit and also see if you can partner up with a vendor before going to Massdrop.

I think the  the recent GB failures/scams is why people have been slow to order.. if there is anyway to ensure we get the caps or at least a tracking number before the 180 days from payment of invoices (limit to open PayPal dispute) that would probably help the situation.

get rid of the 6.25 at least.  TOo easy to get OG ones.

Option 1, remove the 6.25 only.
Option 2, remove both, I already have enough true space bars in 7u length.

i thought center-stemmed OG 6.25 spacebars were kinda rare

Propose for your consideration, in order to reduce the price of the set to the limit with the intention to reach MoQ as soon as possible: Some of the keys are already available in OG sets that may be mixed and matched with these modifiers; thus, we may save some extra dollars eliminating them, the Alt Gr are cool to have but are for a minority, me included, but I can always use two alt instead. Let us know your thoughts.

I think we should remove the HHKB keys, remove the Alt Gr keys, and remove the 6.25u space bar but keep the 7u spacebar. It would make the pack light and cheaper while still keeping pretty much the main goal which is to supplement existing WoB sets.

Changing a legend will save nothing, in any case code keys in white on black would be even cooler and brand neutral, that may attract more buyers. Black space bars could be sourced somewhere else, the main goal is to allow this buy to reach MoQ, so I'd say eliminate the space bars, eliminate the Alt Gr, the HHKB keys, the tilde and back slashes.

I'm fine with that too.
Honestly I can live with two Alt keys as well, Alt Gr is just for aesthetical purposes, but again, it's a matter of preferences and mine shifts towards the latter.

I suggest the OP to prepare two or three proposal and set a poll to allow the interested parties to cast votes and decide on the reduced set.

Kind of. There seems to be some concern about reaching the MOQ. If dropping some keycaps, hence the price, makes any actual difference in that regard, we should consider that option.

The only reason I was willing to buy sets was for HHKB keys, and 1.5u bottom row keys, the rest I do not care about, so yes I would rather keep these keys in the buy , and risk not getting any if MOQ is not reached.

IMHO a price cut is needed, in order to attract more interested users. I would take this out (tried to cut the maximum, I know several users need the 1.75u shift+Fn so please consider keep them if it's really need):

You cut out this key, this guy drops out. Cut out that key, that guy drops out. So then all the keys you cut out to try to get to MOQ cause people to drop out and you don't get to MOQ.
