Check out the $60 60% aluminum case group buy.
I won't guarantee anything, but it looks like original buyers are dropping like flies.
You might be able to take over someone's order if you are lucky.

Regards to the plate, an option that might not be as preferred would be to get a QFR plate and hack off the excess.
I don't know how the mounting holes would fit up though, you might have to drill them as well, I dunno.
