I didn't know people fried ham.

Only to give it a little more flavor and crisp up some of the fat it was fully cooked after the water bath.

But frying ham to cook it from raw is definitely a thing but usually with thinner ham.

I actually prefer grilling ham with bbq sauce,  I never knew how good that was until I tried it.

I like their BBQ.  They have them all through FL.   I kinda like PA BBQ better down here, but they both are good.

If you like Mexican food, you should check out Tacos Al Carbon if you haven't already.  I could eat there every day.

Ah, the one at the corner of Donald Ross & Military Trail.  Yeah, I've only eaten there once, but it was good.  There used to be a yogurt place at that location a few years ago.

Recently got super into hot sauce after discovering I've a tolerance for heat, and that I kinda got addicted to that capsasin rush. Especially when it's on your lips after finishing your meal and the burning just lingers for a while, I weirdly really love that feel.

I'd recommend a habenaro or scotch bonnet base sauce, they are usually much sweeter and fruitier. Or anything by Melinda's is usually good, which you can get off Amazon.

The lighting made it look a little pinker than it was but yeah eating pork cooked in the 140F range takes getting used to when you're used to having it cooked in the 165-180+ range.
