Of course if and when the modifiers are available as well, I'll buy two of everything.........EVERYTHING. 

I used to think about getting a full titanium keyset, but I gave up when I found out the price might cost more than $2000. I'd prefer using this money to travel around America again.


Update: 7x spacebar should be able to happen, I'll ask my friend to send a sample 7x spacebar to the producer.

I could get you a full titanium set for waaay less.
I sort of want one of yours for comparison.

Ask longweight nicely to ship you some of his scarfaces keys, if you want to sample them. (Maybe lend him some money as safety to make sure they return?)

Also, when will your own project move forward?

Scarface's were aluminum and thus easy to machine and polish (and consequently, not very wear-resistant)

Totally forgot that they are cast. Still not relevant for me though, I just want to know about the finishing of titanium since it has proven to be difficult to get them polished.

6 stems might cost $10 more than the 3 stems spacebar, and 4 stems might cost $4 more. I don't think people would care about this $10 since the spacebar is already $100.

What do you guys think? Let's make it 6 stems? FYI, 6 stems should be fine with cherry profile, but still not sure if 6 stems would be too heavy for the OEM profile yet.

feng, since you have far fewer caps than orders, can you decide who is in on the gb first, and then query them as to their stem requirements? unfortunately, it sounds like you will simply have to decide who to sell to before you can get an accurate count of compatibility requirements...

I'm still talking to the producer to see if it's possible to make all kinds of stems including 3 stems, 4 stems, and 6 stems. If not, we'll then talk about which way would be more acceptable for most people.

I was about to bring over 20 pieces of Ti spacebar, but it seems like there's more demands than I expected. I'll let you guys know if it's possible to get more this time.

Well, it's not like we're keeping it rare, it's that we can't make many of them because they are all polished by hand. So there's no quantity discount as mkawa said.
